living in the present
Today I would like to talk about a situation that may be a little overwhelming for some.
and it is "overthinking" things, how many times have we limited ourselves to doing something while we think about it a thousand times?
It is important to mention that it is something very common that can happen to you, for any reason, but it is important to recognize when you are too immersed in your unconscious.
Surely sometimes you have been paralyzed by a situation (participating in class, talking to someone, trying something new, etc.) and scenarios of what could happen occur in your head, and probably the ones that appear the most are not very good scenarios.
It is important to recognize when this happens and regain awareness of the present
It is important to question these bad thoughts, surely you have thought something in some situation that scared you and once it happened it was no big deal.
It is important to live in the present, and not overthink things since no one is certain of what will happen, and that thought that torments you is just a thought.
It is good to do things or activities that relax you, although it is also good to take a moment of doing nothing to take a breath.
Sometimes doing certain things is complicated, but in the end everything is a leap of faith, doing it does not guarantee success nor failure, but doing nothing does guarantee you something.
