One of the most beautiful types of music I consider to be instrumental music

Instrumental music is music that is composed and performed solely with musical instruments, without any intervention of the voice

Can reduce stress and anxiety 

Genres of this type include rock, classical, electronica, and jazz

Focusing a bit on the latter, it is a genre of music derived from African-American rhythms and melodies.

There is no date for the beginning of jazz as a definite and autonomous music. However, it is usually placed between 1895 and 1917.

The name of jazz came up in the moments before a concert by The Original Dixieland Band, a group considered the father of the genre.

According to experts, jazz has more than 20 subgenres, but the ones that stand out the most are: smooth jazz, free jazz, hard bop, cool jazz, bebop, swing, jazz fusion, tatin jazz, jazz funk and contemporary jazz, among others.

Jazz is a musical art form that fuses traditions, celebrates diversity, and remains relevant around the world.

It is a genre that I highly recommend to enjoy and relax in moments that we need

                      The podcast is about the Halo TV series, I love this game, It's one of my favorite games, The podcast is a  critique of the series, A sad thing is that the creator of the series never played the games, The hosts of the  podcast believe the series has potential, I personally think the show is good, but it could have been better,  I prefer movies to series,  I didn't finish watching the whole series, I personally prefer the game to the  series (Halo) because of the interactivity, There are excellent video game series out there, For example:  TLOU, arcane, ciberpunk and cuphead show, shows that are good, entertaining, and funny,  I love to see  how one of my tastes, which is video games, expand to more places like movies and series

 Science Fiction Science fiction often explores the dreams and fantasies of humanity It emerged in the nineteenth century  Frankenstein is considered the first science fiction novel The first fiction film was "The Arrival of the Train" the first science fiction video game was Spacewar, created in 1962 by Steve Russell Science fiction lays the groundwork for continued innovation in real society. The inspiration for much of science fiction comes from classical mythology.  There are more than 36 subgenres of science fiction  It differs from the fantasy genre by the scientific support of its contents, which are based on the creation  of possible worlds It's interesting to see how things that seemed like "science fiction" are now a reality
